Job SummaryThe Packing Boy is responsible for packing finished garments according to company standards, ensuring correct labeling, maintaining product quality, and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack finished garments as per packing instructions and customer requirements.
• Check garments for correct size, color, style, quantity, and quality before packing.
• Fold garments neatly and pack them using appropriate packaging materials.
• Attach tags, labels, barcodes, and price stickers as required.
• Sort and arrange packed products for shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading cartons for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety rules and company policies.
• Support other production or warehouse activities when required.
• QualificationsMinimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).
• Previous experience in garment packing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of garment sizes and packing procedures.
