ob Role:

• Handle Instagram & WhatsApp enquiries

• Follow up with leads

• Convert enquiries to orders

• Maintain follow-up sheet on Google Sheets

• Coordinate with dispatch team for order updates

• Good Hindi + basic English + Tamil + Telugu + Kannada

• Sales experience preferred (telecalling / WhatsApp / DM)

• Fast reply typing

• Must be consistent & responsible
