📢 Urgently Hiring for Back Office


📍Location : Bhiwandi

💼 Process Type : Back-office logistics / Data Entry (non-voice) .

📌 Core Tasks : Reviewing shipping documents online and entering/updating Air Waybill (AWB) data into the system accurately and quickly.

⏱️ Work Schedule : 24/7 rotational shifts.


🔑Key Requirements: High speed, 100% accuracy, and ability to meet strict daily performance targets.

📝Training : 2 months provided before going live on individual performance metrics.


Key Operational Expectations:

Target-Driven: Output is measured by volume (number of shipments cleared per day)

Quality Standard: High precision required; errors in shipping details (like addresses, weights, or tracking codes) can cause real-world delivery delays.

Adaptability: Must be comfortable working night shifts and on weekends on a rotational basis.
