Job Description
Data sourcing and management
• source accurate data from online like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, google
search.
• Offline network of architect, interior designers, builder, developer,
corporate companies, co workspaces pan India base.
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the
organization.
sales meeting
• preparing for meeting via structured research about target client.
• Having effective meetings to understand exact requirement, project
status, project location.
• Coordinate with operation team to generate proposal and email to
client.
• follow up on the submitted proposals.
Sales conversion
• negotiate win - win deal.
• maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
client coordination
• write email professionally to record all discussion with client.
• Be the interface between client and operation team from contract
top completion of project.
