Quality Inspector

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished plastic products.
• Check product dimensions, appearance, weight and other quality parameters.
• Identify defects, rejection and quality deviations during injection molding production.
• Inspect products as per approved samples, drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.
• Maintain daily inspection and quality records.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Identify recurring defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure rejected products are properly identified and segregated.
• Follow quality procedures, safety rules and shop-floor standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in the Plastic Manufacturing / Injection Molding industry.
• Experience in inspecting plastic household products, bottles, containers, jars or similar products will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of plastic product defects and inspection methods.
• Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Good observation, communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work on the production shop floor.
