Job Description
- Field Technical Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of flow meters, water analyzers, DWLR, telemetry, etc.
- Repair, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Visit client/project sites as required for technical work.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
- Coordinate with clients and the internal technical team.
- Prepare service reports and update work status regularly.
- Handle field-related technical queries and provide timely solutions.
- Follow company safety, quality, and reporting procedures.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and site records.
