We are hiring Team Leaders for our field sales team.


💼 Position: Team Leader

💰 Salary: Up to ₹(35,000 CTC) in hand 29000 approx in hand 

🎯 Team Performance: Performance-based earning/incentives


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a field sales team of 4–5+ members.

• Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity.

• Drive QR & Sound Box on boarding and merchant acquisition.

• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.

• Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination.

• Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement.
