Cashier Receptionist

Wanted a front desk executive for a restaurant/Cafe (billing, managing customers, etc)

Language to be known: English, Kannada and Hindi

Work timings: 1.30 pm to 11.30 pm

Salary: 15k to 24k

Weekly one day off ( Saturdays and Sundays working day)

Job Summary: The Front Desk Staff at our restaurant plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This position involves managing billing processes, interacting with the customers, handling customer invoices, and maintaining detailed records. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner.

- Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.

- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and billing activities, and send report to accounts team

- Respond to customer inquiries

- Process payments and ensure proper attention to customer accounts, coupon discounts and data

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.

- Experience in billing, finance, or a related field is a bonus, but not mandatory

- Strong proficiency in accounting software like Petpooja CRM and Microsoft Office is a bonus

- Effective communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
