Key Responsibilities

Website Operations

• Manage the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website and mobile platform.

• Update products, pricing, offers, promotional banners, and campaign content on the website.

• Monitor website functionality, page performance, loading speed, and operational issues.

• Coordinate with the IT team or external developers for website updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

Product & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings for motorcycle accessories and riding gear products.

• Ensure product titles, descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, and SEO-related content are accurate.

• Maintain proper category structure, filters, product tags, and search visibility for easy customer navigation.

Inventory & Order Coordination

• Coordinate with the Inventory and Purchase departments to ensure stock availability is correctly updated on the website.

• Monitor synchronization between ERP, warehouse stock, and the e-commerce platform.

• Track the complete order process from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.

• Coordinate backorders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and exchange requests with the concerned teams.

Customer Support Coordination

• Ensure customers receive a smooth online shopping experience.

• Monitor and follow up on website-related customer complaints, payment failures, order tracking issues, and incorrect product information.

• Coordinate with the Customer Care team for quick resolution of customer escalations.

Sales & Operations Reporting

• Track daily website orders, sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and cart abandonment data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly website operations reports.

• Suggest operational improvements to enhance online sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate with the Marketing and Media teams for campaign launches, seasonal offers, and promotional activities.

• Ensure landing pages, promotional banners, coupon codes, and discount offers are activated correctly and on time.

• Support SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace campaign execution from an operations perspective.

Payment & Logistics Follow-up

• Monitor payment gateway transactions and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment reconciliation issues.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners regarding shipment status, delivery performance, and tracking updates.

• Ensure customers receive accurate order tracking information.
