We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Domestic Voice Process.

The role offers an attractive in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.

The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working at Office during the Day rotational shifts.

Multiple roles available for Immediate joiners at Marathahalli and Hebbal locations

Process 1: Banking Inbound/Outbound Malayalam Voice Process at Marathahalli and Hebbal Locations.

About the Role:

Make or receive calls on a daily basis to explain process to customers.

Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Education: PUC / Graduate Freshers and above.

Languages: Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam

Salary :20kcctc (16400 take home + 1800 language allowance)

Week Off: Rotational one week off

6 days working 

Location: Marathahalli 

Qualification: 12th or Graduation 

Language: English + Malayalam 

Rounds: HR, Versant, AMCAT and Manager Rounds

Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

Shifts: Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.

Process 2

E-mail/Chat Process (Non-Voice Process)

Ability to write emails to customers to address their queries.

Resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email and Chat.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues through mail and chat.

Education: 12th Pass and Above at Hebbal Location.

Languages: Fluency in English Good Communication and Typing skills

Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 4/5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round.

Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

Process 3: Domestic Voice Process

Make or receive calls on a daily basis to explain process to customers.

Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Language- English / Hindi, Any other language 

Experience - 25k

Freshers - 25k CTC

Location- Marathahalli

6days working.

Shift - day shift

Veti - 5 quality.

Process 4 : Domestic Voice Process (Hindi Voice Process)

Salary: ₹21,700 In-Hand 

Interview Mode: Walk-in Only 

(Same-day process & offer letter release) 

Joining Date: Monday

Eligibility Criteria.

* Education: Graduate in any stream OR currently pursuing graduation.

* Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory) + Manageable Hindi.

* 1 year Experience.
