Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agent

We are seeking Customer Care Executives(Voice and Non Voice) to join our dynamic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following

min 1 year experience in Chat or Email for Non Voice

freshers also eligible for Voice Process

Languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation

- Age between 18 to 30 years.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.

- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and resolve customer complaints Through calls and Chats.

- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
