Position

Video KYC Concurrent Auditor – Temporary / Contract

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

Employment Type

Temporary / Stipend-based – 10 Days per Month

Compensation

₹1,000 per day

Working Schedule

• Duration: 1st to 10th of every month
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Resources may be scheduled as per the operational requirement during the above shift.

About the Role

We are looking for Video KYC Concurrent Auditors to support Video KYC audit operations.

The selected candidates will not conduct Video KYC themselves. They will act as Auditors/Supervisors, monitoring and reviewing the Video KYC process conducted by the client's team.

The Auditor will play a critical role in the process, as the final approval or rejection of the Video KYC will depend on the consent/recommendation provided by the Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Concurrently monitor Video KYC sessions conducted by the client's team.
• Review Video KYC activities and ensure adherence to defined processes and guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the KYC process.
• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or deviations during the audit.
• Provide approval/rejection based on the prescribed audit criteria.
• Escalate exceptions and critical observations to the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client-defined SOPs and quality standards.
• Support the client during peak-period operations.

Candidate Requirements

• English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Freshers can apply.
• No prior experience is mandatory.
• Versant score is not required.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.
• Good attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the client's office in Bellandur, Bengaluru.

Infrastructure

• The client will provide the required seating, systems, and infrastructure.
• Transport/Pick-up and drop facility will not be provided for temporary resources.

Manpower Requirement

• The requirement is primarily for the first 10 days of every month.
• The requirement may vary based on the client's monthly staffing forecast.
• Candidates should be available for deployment as per the confirmed monthly requirement.

Important Terms

• This is a temporary/stipend-based engagement for approximately 10 days per month.
• Compensation: ₹1,000 per working day.
• Statutory deductions/benefits such as PF, ESI and Professional Tax will not be applicable under the proposed stipend-based engagement, subject to the applicable engagement structure and laws.
• No transportation facility will be provided.
• Immediate availability for deployment during the required period is preferred.
