We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging content for our residential construction projects and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites regularly to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
• Shoot construction progress, building elevations, interiors, site activities, and project walkthroughs.
• Edit videos into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and project showcases.
• Add music, transitions, captions, text, effects, and company branding.
• Upload and publish content on the company's social media platforms.
• Follow current social media trends and create eye-catching content.
• Coordinate with the site and office teams to collect the required content.
• Maintain an organized collection of project photos and videos.
• Support the company's marketing activities and increase brand awareness.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Ability to shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Creative mindset and good sense of visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Requirements

• Full-time office-based position.
• Regular construction site visits are required.
• Candidate must be comfortable working both in the office and at construction sites.
• Work from home is not available.
• Candidates with experience in construction, architecture, interior, real estate, or related content creation will be preferred.
