Job Description
We are looking for a Trainer (Intern) to support the onboarding, training, assessment, and certification of
Field Operators who carry out large-scale field data collection for IRL.
This is a hands-on training role, not a conventional classroom-only position. You will take candidates
through the complete journey — from onboarding and practical, in-field training to assessment and
certification.
The role requires extensive travel across India, strong communication skills, confidence in managing
groups, the ability to strictly enforce SOPs and make objective certification decisions, and the ability to
read raw data yourself to know whether your training actually worked
