Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom and practical training sessions on Tally Prime.
- Train students on basic and advanced accounting concepts.
- Teach company creation, ledger creation, groups, vouchers, and accounting entries.
- Provide practical training on GST, invoicing, taxation, and returns.
- Explain inventory management, stock groups, stock items, units, and purchase/sales processes.
- Train students on bank reconciliation, reports, outstanding management, and financial statements.
- Cover Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Day Book, and other MIS reports.
- Provide hands-on assignments, exercises, and real-world accounting scenarios.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students' performance.
- Support students in resolving Tally-related practical and accounting queries.
- Keep training materials and curriculum updated according to industry requirements.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Practical knowledge of GST and GST-related accounting.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Understanding of TDS, basic taxation, and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical/accounting concepts clearly to beginners.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Preferred QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tally training, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Candidates with both industry accounting experience and training experience will be preferred.
