We are hiring a Telesales Team Manager to lead our B2B/Corporate telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, achieving sales targets, and improving the calling process and performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a large team of telesales executives (B2B/corporate process)
  • Set daily/monthly targets and ensure the team achieves them
  • Monitor calls and team performance regularly
  • Train and guide team members to improve calls and conversions
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
  • Handle client escalations and support closing of corporate deals
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth sales operations
