Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales over the phone by contacting prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and their benefits to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional certification in sales or customer service is an advantage.
