Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and other relevant terms to customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with the verification, operations, and credit teams for application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-up.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns related to loan applications.
