Job Description
Telesales Executive
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and generate sales.
- Explain products/services, handle queries, and address objections.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain call records and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.
Requirements: Good communication skills, sales orientation, confidence on calls, and basic computer knowledge. Prior telesales experience is preferred.
