Salary: Upto 4LPA – 4.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As a part of the Mahindra Holidays telesales team, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and explaining our holiday membership plans, with the goal of converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.

 Pitch holiday membership plans and clearly explain benefits.

 Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-person or virtual presentations.

 Achieve daily and monthly targets of calls and conversions.

 Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

 Follow up with interested leads and ensure high conversion.

 Maintain professionalism and brand representation during all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or BPO voice process.

 Good communication and convincing skills in English and regional languages.

 Target-driven and self-motivated.

 Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

 Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience is a plus.
