Telecaller :

Job DescriptionJob Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales / Customer Support

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 Months minimum experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
  • Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in English and/or local languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and work independently.
  • Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
