Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert leads for immigration and visa services. Make cold calls, follow up with enquiries, understand client requirements, explain relevant services, schedule consultations, and maintain regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets and update lead details in the CRM. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior telesales or sales experience is an advantage.
