Telecalling Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a Home Loan Telecaller - Customer Assistance & Sales at Rolling Stones, based in Tata Nagar, Bengaluru (near Krishna Medicals). This is a customer assistance and sales role - NOT random cold calling. The company provides data of customers who have already shown interest in taking a home loan, and you will call these interested customers to help them move forward smoothly. Training will be provided on the home loan assistance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have already expressed interest in home loans (leads provided by the company)
• - Understand each customer's home loan requirement
• - Clearly explain the home loan assistance process
• - Assist customers with home loan options from leading nationalized and private banks
• - Understand customers' basic financial and loan requirements
• - Convince interested customers to proceed with the home loan process
• - Guide customers regarding the documents required
• - Follow up with customers for pending or missing documents
• - Track which documents have been received and which are still pending
• - Update customer and application information in the company's system
• - Maintain customer records using computer systems and MS Excel
• - Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers
• - Coordinate with the relevant internal team whenever required
• - Maintain accurate customer and document status records
• - Provide professional customer assistance throughout the initial home loan process

This is a customer-assistance + sales + telecalling + documentation follow-up role - not a role limited to only making calls. You should be comfortable with customer communication, convincing and follow-up, basic sales, documentation follow-up, computer work, and Excel/data entry.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 12th pass
• - Fluent English communication (mandatory); Hindi and Kannada are a plus
• - 0 to 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or banking is preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication, good computer knowledge, basic Excel knowledge, strong convincing ability, and willingness to learn are also welcome - freshers will not be rejected automatically
• - Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and data entry
• - Positive attitude and strong communication and convincing ability

Work Details:

• Full-time, day shift, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• - Working days: Monday to Friday, plus 1st and 3rd Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off). All Sundays and bank holidays are off
• - Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.22,000 fixed per month, plus monthly performance-based incentives (additional earning potential based on performance)
• - Benefits: PF, ESI, Travel Allowance, performance/monthly incentives, bonus, weekly offs as per schedule, bank holidays off
• - No joining fee. No security deposit
• - Immediate joiners, or those who can join within 7 days, are preferred
