Tele Caller - Fleet & Vendor Acquisition

Select Mobility India Private Limited

Department Sourcing / Business Support

Reports To Sourcing Manager

Experience 0-3+ years

01 ROLE PURPOSE

Generate and qualify prospective vehicle owners, drivers and transport vendors through structured outbound calling and

follow-up, maintain accurate lead records, and support conversion into compliant SMIPL fleet partners.

02 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification

• Call assigned/prospective vehicle owners, drivers and vendors using approved scripts and campaigns.

• Explain SMIPL attachment/onboarding opportunity accurately without making unauthorized income, rate or deployment

guarantees.

• Capture vehicle type, location, ownership, availability, documents and interest level.

Follow-up & Conversion Support

• Schedule follow-ups, document collection, inspection or sourcing-manager discussions for qualified leads.

• Maintain disciplined follow-up until conversion, closure or documented disqualification.

• Coordinate with field sourcing team on high-potential and urgent fleet requirements.

Data & Communication Quality

• Update CRM/lead tracker after every meaningful interaction with correct status and next action.

• Use only approved company communication channels and protect personal/contact information.

• Escalate complaints, suspicious documents, commercial disputes or sensitive issues to the manager.

04 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

PUC / Graduate preferred. Clear communication in English and relevant local languages is desirable; basic computer and

spreadsheet skills required.

Relevant experience: 0-3+ years.

• Take routine decisions within approved policy, budget, contract and Delegation of Authority.

• Immediately escalate material safety, compliance, commercial, employee-relations or data-security exceptions.

• Do not make commitments outside approved rates, employment terms, contracts or delegated authority.

Internal: Operations, Sourcing, HR, Finance, Compliance/Safety, MIS/Technology and Management. External: clients,

vehicle owners, drivers, vendors, candidates and authorized service partners as relevant to the role.
