• Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.
• Explain loan products such as Used car loan.
• Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
• Collect basic customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with the sales and loan-processing teams to move applications forward.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build good customer relationships and provide timely information about loan processes.
• Requirements 12th pass or graduate; freshers can also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and/Kannada or local languages.
• Sales-oriented and confident in speaking with customers.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Previous experience in telecalling, banking, finance, or loan sales is an advantage.
