Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will handle telephonic inquiries, customer interactions, sales development, and routine computer operations to support our growing travel and tourism business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelesales & Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to convert potential leads into successful travel package bookings.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and/or Kannada to explain travel packages and itinerary details.
• Computer Operations: Update customer databases, maintain call logs, and handle daily administrative data entry on the computer.
• Walk-in Coordination: Coordinate with candidates or clients visiting the office location for interviews or business inquiries.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Gender: Female.
• Age Limit: 18 – 60 years.
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in Hindi and Kannada is required.
• English proficiency is not required (No English).
• Experience/Skills: Preferred background or interest in Travel Packages, Lead Conversion, and Travel & Tourism industries.
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹29,000 * (Depending on performance and experience)
• Fixed Component: ₹12,000 – ₹24,000
• Incentive Component: Up to ₹5,000
