Job Description – Telecaller

Location: RT Nagar, Bangalore

Languages: Southern Languages

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off, 1st and 3rd - half day)

Tmings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

we work at the intersection of renewable energy, sustainability, and the evolving open access ecosystem. As a Telecaller, you will be a key part of our outreach team—connecting with renewable energy generators, industrial and commercial consumers, and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

● Make 100-150 outbound calls to renewable energy generators and prospective consumers across industries.

● Reach out to clients to understand their power requirements and introduce EASPL’s renewable energy and open access solutions.

● Set up meetings between potential clients and the business development team.

● Maintain well-organised records of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in MS Office.

● Assist in basic data collection, verification, and coordinating with internal teams for client updates.

● Handle inbound enquiries with clarity and professionalism.

● Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

Minimum and Must Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in any field.

● 2-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Insurance, Real Estate, BPO, or Mutual Funds.

● Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

● Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Ability to speak confidently, maintain clear documentation, and follow structured calling processes.
