Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

Screen Guru is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Female Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into successful sales.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads and databases.

- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by building trust and maintaining professional communication.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.

- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication and convincing skills in Kannada, English, and/or Hindi.

- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
