Job Description
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective home buyers and respond to incoming real estate inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements regarding budget, location, configuration (2BHK, 3BHK, etc.), and buying timeline.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested buyers to book site visits with our property advisors.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead status daily in the CRM/tracking sheets with detailed call notes.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with warm leads to move them further along the sales pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (Real Estate, BFSI, or EdTech experience is a strong plus; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong convincing abilities.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or mobile CRM tools.
