Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader – Quick Commerce
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily Dark Store operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Dark Store associates and daily operations.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and order dispatch.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and team performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce operational losses.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle customer/order-related operational escalations.
Requirements:
- 6 Months To 1 Year of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Dark Store Operations.
- Strong team-handling and operational management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
