Job Description

A Customer Service Team Lead for Telesales manages and guides a phone-based team to hit sales targets while keeping clients happy. They train staff, monitor call quality, handle complex customer issues, and track daily performance metrics.


Lead the Team: Drive daily outbound or inbound calling operations to surpass monthly revenue and service goals.

Coach and Train: Train new hires and provide regular, one-on-one coaching to fix performance gaps.

Monitor Quality: Listen to live or recorded calls to ensure agents follow sales scripts and deliver polite customer service.

Handle Escalations: Take over difficult client calls, resolve complaints, and fix service issues.

Track Metrics: Set individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Report Results: Create performance reports and run daily or weekly review meetings for upper management.
