Department
3PL -Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Job Summary
Support day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier communication to ensure timely availability of aircraft parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
•
Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
•
Monitor inventory levels and update records.
•
Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and warehouses.
•
Maintain supply chain reports and documentation.
•
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status.
•
Support material planning and stock replenishment activities.
•
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.
Required Skills
•
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
•
Good communication and coordination skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•
Strong attention to detail.
•
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
•
Ability to work in a team environment.
