Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
Read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Allocate work to workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards.
Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors.
Monitor material requirements, stock, and site inventory.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Report project progress, delays, and other site issues to management.
