Store Promoter

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident In-Store Promoter to represent our brand inside retail stores. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interacting with customers, driving product sales, and creating a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and demonstrate our products to customers in assigned retail stores.

* Engage with shoppers, explain product features and benefits, and encourage purchases.

* Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain an attractive product display and ensure shelves are well organized.

* Build good relationships with store staff and customers.

* Share customer feedback and market insights with the company.

* Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times.

Requirements

* Confident and approachable personality.

* Fluent in Local Language and Hindi (knowledge of the local language is an advantage).

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Good sales aptitude with the ability to convert customer interactions into sales.

* Well-groomed, neatly dressed, and courteous.

* Punctual, disciplined, and organized.

* Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve targets.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience in retail sales or in-store promotions is preferred but not mandatory.
