We are looking for a highly responsible, proactive, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our Fabrico Dry Cleaners store in Horamavu. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling store operations independently, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring orders, maintaining records, and contributing to the overall growth and smooth functioning of the business.

The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives a professional and satisfactory experience, from order booking and garment inspection to processing, quality checking, billing, and final delivery. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and the confidence to handle operational challenges and customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the Fabrico Horamavu store.
• Handle customer enquiries, order bookings, garment collection, billing, payments, and service-related queries.
• Ensure all garments are properly checked, tagged, documented, and processed according to company standards.
• Monitor the complete order lifecycle and ensure garments are processed and delivered within the promised timeline.
• Coordinate with washing, dry-cleaning, ironing, packing, pickup, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and supervise store employees, assign daily responsibilities, monitor attendance, and maintain staff discipline and productivity.
• Train staff on proper garment handling, customer service, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks before orders are handed over or delivered to customers.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service issues professionally and work towards quick and satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain proper records of daily sales, orders, cash collections, UPI payments, expenses, and other store-related transactions.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash and digital payments.
• Monitor pending orders, delayed orders, customer follow-ups, and delivery schedules on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with pickup and delivery executives and ensure timely collection and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, tags, covers, and other operational supplies.
• Ensure the store and work area are clean, organised, and maintained according to Fabrico standards.
• Use the company’s software, application, or billing system accurately and ensure all orders are properly updated.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Encourage repeat business, customer referrals, positive reviews, and overall customer retention.
• Support local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives whenever required.
• Take complete ownership of the store and ensure smooth operations even during busy periods or unexpected operational challenges.
• Report important operational issues, customer escalations, staff concerns, inventory requirements, and business updates to the management on a regular basis.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in store management, retail operations, customer service, hospitality, laundry, dry cleaning, or a similar operational role. Candidates with strong leadership abilities and the willingness to take ownership of the business operations will be preferred.

The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to interact professionally with customers and staff. Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, UPI payments, Excel, mobile applications, and computer-based systems will be an advantage.

The candidate must be responsible, honest, well-organised, customer-friendly, and capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time. The ability to handle staff, solve problems quickly, manage customer expectations, and maintain operational discipline is essential.

The Store Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of Fabrico Dry Cleaners, Horamavu, and should be willing to take ownership, contribute new ideas, and work towards improving sales, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance.
