Store Keeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issue, and inventory of materials and products. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate stock records and ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, goods, and supplies.
• Check quantities and quality against purchase orders/invoices.
• Properly store and arrange materials for easy identification and access.
• Issue materials to departments as per authorized requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or required items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare material receiving and issue documents.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, and other departments.
• Prevent damage, loss, or unauthorized movement of stock.
• Follow company safety and inventory-control procedures.
