• Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials as per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, inward and outward materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other required documentation.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and other departments for material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store.
• Ensure materials are stored securely and minimize damage, loss, or wastage.
• Maintain inventory data in ERP/software and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily activities.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage stock accurately and work under pressure.
