Staff Nurse

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide an excellent experience to patients visiting our Hair & Skin Clinic.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patients, appointments, calls, and basic administrative work efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the front desk and reception area.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Respond to patient enquiries regarding appointments, clinic services, and basic treatment information.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient details.
• Manage patient waiting lists and coordinate patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff regarding appointments and procedures.
• Maintain patient records and basic front-office documentation.
• Handle billing, receipts, payments, and basic cash/UPI transactions as required.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
• Assist in maintaining daily appointment and patient records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support the clinic team with general administrative and coordination tasks.
• Provide a positive and professional experience to every patient.
