Job Description

1.     Quality is King - Check base, mix ratio, ensure zero defects (no shade variation, pinholes, patch marks)

2.     Execution - Daily planning, labour allocation, follow sequence: Base->Laying->Curing->Grinding->Polishing

3.     Material - Track cement, epoxy, marble powder. No wastage, no wrong material

4.     Reporting - Daily WhatsApp report before 8 PM mandatory with 5 photos

5.     Client Handling - Coordinate with Projects/Sales team, handle site calmly

We Need:

a.     Person who has spent 70% time on SITES, not office

b.    Knows finishing works - Oxide, Micro topping, Concrete, Plaster

c.     Disciplined, takes ownership, ready to stay at site

d.    Willing to travel
