 Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Open job cards and accurately record customer complaints.
• Explain service estimates, repairs, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and related costs.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies, service processes, and safety standards.
• Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
• Computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Experience in the automobile service industry preferred.
• Valid Driving License preferred.
• Strong coordination and customer relationship skills.
