𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As an SEO Associate, you will work on the end-to-end organic search strategy for offineeds.com. This is a hands-on role focused on improving search rankings, qualified organic traffic, and B2B lead generation.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits

• Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, canonical tags, and website content

• Monitor Google Search Console, indexation, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and page performance

• Conduct keyword research and search intent mapping using Ahrefs and Google Search Console

• Create SEO content briefs and optimise existing website and blog content

• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile listings across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai

• Develop white-hat backlink acquisition and outreach strategies

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, Core Web Vitals, and backlink growth

• Work with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support SEO workflows while maintaining quality and accuracy

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

• Hands-on experience in on-page and technical SEO

• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Ahrefs

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals

• Keyword research and content strategy

• Backlink building and outreach

• Basic HTML knowledge

• GA4 and organic traffic reporting

• WordPress or similar CMS

• Schema markup and structured data

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management

• Strong written English and SEO copywriting skills

• Data-driven and self-directed approach

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• B2B or e-commerce SEO experience

• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads

• Experience with Screaming Frog

• Exposure to Pitchbox, Hunter.io, or similar outreach tools

• Basic Python or Google Sheets scripting knowledge

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of practical SEO experience who can demonstrate specific results they have achieved through SEO. You should be comfortable working independently, analysing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements.
