Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.
- Explain VMScout's CCTV surveillance, live night monitoring, and security monitoring services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Schedule appointments and online or in-person meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for site visits, installation requirements, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Guide junior telesales executives and share effective calling and sales-closing techniques.
- Submit daily call reports, lead updates, and sales performance reports to the manager.
