Key Account Manager – Sourcing Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Sourcing Manager to build and manage relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and generate business in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong Channel Partner network.
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners/RCPs.
- Develop relationships with developers and real estate projects.
- Conduct market visits, CP meetings, workshops and events.
- Generate business through CP relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Channel Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
- Graduate preferred.
