Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and performance.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, service schedules, and customer flow.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, billing, and cash/card transactions.
• Maintain inventory of salon products, consumables, and equipment and coordinate timely procurement.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall presentation of the salon.
• Track key performance indicators such as revenue, customer retention, average bill value, and staff productivity.
• Coordinate with the owner/management on business targets, promotions, staffing, and operational improvements.
• Train staff on customer service, sales techniques, grooming standards, and salon procedures.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and standard operating procedures.
