Sales & Marketing Manager

• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order details.
• Follow up with customers for approvals, payments, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain sales records, customer details, quotations, and order status in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with installation and technical teams for project schedules.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and pending-follow-up reports.
• Communicate with customers professionally through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Should be proactive and take ownership of pending tasks.
• Experience in home automation, electrical, lighting, CCTV, security systems, or interior/building products is an advantage.

What We ExpectWe need someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every small task. You should be able to identify pending work, follow up with the concerned person, and close the loop.

Good communication, follow-up discipline, accuracy, and ownership are more important than having a fancy sales background.
