Immediate Hiring – Sales Manager | Farm Plots
Position: Sales Manager – Farm Plot Sales
Experience: 2–5 years in real estate/farm plot sales
Location: Nidagatta , Bangalore- Mysore Express Way
Employment: Full-time
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the farm plot sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in real estate, land, farm plot, or property sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Target-oriented and energetic approach.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
