Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Girl to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, customer-friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers and assisting them with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Maintain product and stock-related information as required.
• Coordinate with the store/operations team for product availability.
• Handle billing or assist with billing processes, if required.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Kannada communication will be an added advantage.
• Confident and polite while interacting with customers.
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
