Job Description
Identify and acquire new salaried customers for personal loan products.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital channels, and corporate tie-ups.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure quick loan approvals and disbursements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales, disbursement, and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Prepare daily sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
