Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.


  • Follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
  • Present suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
  • Negotiate with buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, buyers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property partners.
  • Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, pricing, and new projects.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process until deal closure.
