Job Summary 

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to handle customer calls and generate interest in our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining project details, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads provided by the company. 
• Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment options to customers. 
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location. 
• Identify and qualify genuine/interested leads. 
• Follow up with interested customers regularly. 
• Convince prospective customers to schedule a site visit. 
• Coordinate with the team for scheduled site visits and qualified leads. 
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and site visits. 
• Update lead status in Excel/CRM on a daily basis. 
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. 
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets. 
• Maintain good relationships with prospective customers until the lead is handed over or converted. 

Requirements 

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred. 
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. 
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada. 
• Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage. 
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. 
• Good convincing and negotiation skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
